DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide platform and application support through a ticketing system
Work closely with internal teams such as solutions, engineering, finance and operational teams to identify potential gaps
Work with application developers and teams to maintain mission-critical functions of the platform
Understand the business process and be a product expert
Documentation of processes and identified issues
Raise timely functionality issue tickets to Engineering
Raise timely alarms when issues are identified and generate reports for possible impact
Provide training to agents and platform support personnel regarding issues, resolutions, and processes
Participate in post- and pre-deployment testing in production and pre-production environments
Understand and identify business requirements to generate high-value ad-hoc reports
