Develop and implement sales strategies and plans Lead and motivate sales teams Close the deal and negotiate the contract Track and report on sales performance Ensure that the team meets sales goals Introduce and explain products to customers Follow up and negotiate with customers Make reports and evaluate follow-up results Direct selling Manage customer relationships and generate leads
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 40 years Minimum Bachelor's education in all majors Experience min. 5 years as Sales Manager Able to speak active English Strong leadership and motivation skills Understand marketing concepts and strategies Ready to work hard, honest, conscientious, likes challenges, disciplined and able to work under pressure Have good communication and negotiation skills Skilled in Microsoft Office and accustomed to using the internet Willing to travel for domestic and foreign work services
