DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Set and achieve ambitious annual aftersales targets. * Develop strategies to enhance services, loyalty, parts, accessories, and lifestyle business. * Analyze market potential and competition. * Plan and execute aftersales marketing campaigns. * Implement BMW Indonesia’s aftersales retail standards. * Conduct benchmarking and quality tests to improve workshop performance. * Manage and develop the aftersales team, including hiring and evaluations. * Implement incentive systems and conduct annual appraisals. * Ensure employee behavior aligns with the BMW brand. * Oversee projects in the aftersales department. * Collaborate with relevant automotive associations.
REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Must have a car driving license. * Certified service manager (preferably from European brand experience). * Proficient in English is a plus. * 5+ years as a service manager/aftersales manager in dealer operations. * Strong automotive knowledge and technical skills. * Excellent strategic and analytical thinking. * Outstanding communication and customer orientation. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Commitment to quality. * Placement in Medan.
