Establish annual sales goals tailored to each distributor in Sumatera, Kalimantan, and East Indonesia by leveraging historical sales data, market trends, and customer capabilities Foster strong, collaborative relationships with existing distributors Implement a dynamic pricing strategy to maximize company's volume and profitability.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in related field Minimum 10 years of working experience as National Sales or Business Development, preferably in building materials, chemical, and plastic industry Proven track record of growing and managing successful distributor networks for industrial products.
