DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct activities related to sales, operational/ field, communication with customers including join visit or call
Expand networking, explore information, communicate directly intensive, conducting visits / meetings, entertain, in order to identify Customer needs, maintain Existing Customers and getting New Customers
Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with Costing & Commercial-sourcing related up date prices offered to Customer
Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with sales support, Customer service, Monitoring, Operations, Claims and POD related with the service provided to the Customer to know position, condition, constraints, progress of Customer's properties
Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with Finance team related Customer Billing / Invoice
Communicate and coordinate with admin support / units/ departments/ other parties related to fulfillment target volume
Monitor, manage, control, evaluate, analyze, communicate and coordinate with various related parties to smooth running of the wheels of the company
Exploring and processing customer information/ data to obtain as many businesses as possible as well as and other business unit
Take a number of actions and initiatives in order to overcome obstacles both on and off the field as actions prevention and alternative solutions to be taken decision
Follow the update/ changes of procedures/regulations regarding the process of managing EXIM documents
Ensure CRM Suite systems run correctly
Meeting together with cross-departments in order to discuss progress / constraints that occur in the Company
Will be placed in Surabaya
