DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate and manage communication between agents, developers, and clients. Provide administrative support such as preparing documents, contracts, and reports. Assist in the organization of marketing activities and events to promote properties. Maintain databases and records of properties, clients, and Agents. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Assist in the training and onboarding of new agents, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and property regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Prior experience in real estate, property management, or customer service roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
