DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work with the Companies leadership team to identify, agree and set all commercial and business development objectives.
Assign duties, objectives and tasks to the Business Development and Commercial management team.
Manage and review day to day Business Development and Commercial Managers activities.
Define and agree periodic plan of sales activity to ensure targets are reached and recorded.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate revenues for the organization
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective subcontractors to generate efficient and cost effective product delivery solutions.
Develop, manage and maintain internal customer/stakeholder relationships to maintain smooth and efficient alignment of sales duties.
Analyse the markets potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers in terms of sales opportunities
Collect, review and consolidate information to support the identification of intervention areas to ensure sales target achievement
Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales target
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more). Minimum of 10 years of work experience within relevant field.
