DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that all work devices (computers/laptops) that the user can use function properly and run as they should. Check and update all operating systems and applications used by the user. Ensure the proper functioning of physical security devices (CCTV, Fingerlock, etc.). Handle issues related to work devices (laptops/PCs) and work support devices (printers, scanners, projectors, etc.). Back up physical security devices, laptops, and PCs. Perform routine checks on working devices (laptops and PCs), work support devices, and physical security devices.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar. 2-4 years of experience as an IT support specialist. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
