Using insights to prioritize HR activity and develop appropriate interventions for teams.
Providing professional advice and actions key people practices by:
Developing capability - Identifying key capability gaps; technical and leadership
Managing and building Talent
Recommending and taking actions to strengthen the talent pipeline through retention, acquisition and development strategies.
Creating the desired Culture
Working with the leadership team to embrace culture, values and create a high performing organization.
Providing guidance and feedback to reinforce the desired behaviours that will build the culture.
Effectively using a performance management process to create a high-performance culture.
Enhancing Employee engagement
Facilitating the development of the action plan to address key areas of focus from the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring alignment with the company action plan.
Work with the leadership team to deliver actions that will drive an increase in engagement.
Collaborating and provide support to the HR team members; including projects
REQUIREMENT
Ideally Diploma or Bachelors Degree with specialization in Business Administration or HR Management or any related discipline preferred.
3 - 5 years related HRBP/ generalist experience.
Good working knowledge of local employment legislation.
Team player with good communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
Enjoys working in a highly empowered and energetic workplace environment.
Self-starter with good multitasking skills.
