REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree,Computer Science/Information Technology At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Application Support/IT Support/help desk Able to type fastly (min: 40 WPH) is a must Familiar with excel (Vlookup and Pivot table) Having knowledge of Operating Systems (Internal System) Able to handle customer requests and complaints Willing to work shifting and work outside usual hours (e.g. weekend, evening, public holidays) is a must 3 shift
