DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for making and managing pesticides sales in plantation division, starting from product presentation, tender negotiation, delivery tracking, until account receivable (finance). Identify potential key accounts and develop strong customer portfolio especially the key decision makers. Conducting market research to identify new potential markets and create demand of Agriculture products. Cultivating strong relationships and promoting the products and services to customers. Assist in drafting business plans, business proposal presentations, and other reference materials. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various levels of management and staff.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum Age is 26 Years Old Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field Active involvement in extracurricular activities or organization At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales is required (Bank Graduates are welcomed) Strong communication skills, both written and oral (Bahasa Indonesia, English, Hokian) Required Skill(s): sales, negotiating, product development, sales forecasting, sales management Base in Jakarta, but willing to travel all over Indonesia for short duration Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organizations Must have ability to work under pressure, team work, fast learning, and good communication skill
