DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling global customers Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via email, phone, and online community involvement. Gathering market trends and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects. Maintain good relationships with customers and help SMEs with Business Digital Transformation. New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation Actively get new customers and new sales. Prepare quotations competently. Process new orders proficiently. Follow-ups with the customers consistently. Formulate and document product positioning and go-to-market plans Develop and implement management processes and reporting Develop and document business and/or sales and marketing plan Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree; in Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent. Preferably with onsite experience in Singapore Fluently in English is a Must Kindly take your JELA test at JobStreet to validate your English skill Possessing Computer Knowledge and Internet Know-How is a Plus. Knowledge of WordPress and website building is a Plus. A can-do attitude is a must. Positive mindset, proactive & team player. Has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant.
