REQUIREMENT
Minimum education Diploma or equivalent in the field of Textile, Fashion, or Production Management. - Relevant work experience in the apparel industry, especially in production supervisory or supervisory positions. - In-depth knowledge of the clothing production process, including cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging. - Good understanding of quality standards and compliance with safety regulations in the clothing industry. - Strong leadership ability, with ability to motivate and guide production team. - Good communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with the production team and interact with other related departments. - Good analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in identifying production problems and formulating effective solutions. - Ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet production deadlines. - Good organizational skills, including the ability to organize workflow, manage inventory, and optimize production efficiency. - Ability to work in a team and collaborate well with various related parties in a dynamic work environment. - Placement at Bandung
