DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Administer health and life insurance programs
Implement training and development plans
Assist in planning quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
REQUIREMENT
Min. bachelor's degree in any major with min. score of GPA 3.00 Min. 5 years of working experience as HR/HC Generalist Extensive experience in bidding insurance provider from start till the insurance is ready to use Able to work multitask, has a good communication skill and high pace of working activities
