DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain for the company and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ needs Understand competition and develop strategies for winning Close new business opportunities Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or Science At least 5 years professional working experience in Sales & Marketing field for industrial products, preferably within paper, converting, or adhesives industry. Fluent in English both written and oral. Strong in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be proactive and result driven Computer literate Ability to work independently or as a team Pleasant personality and good grooming Willing to relocate or work in Subang / Purwakarta area
