DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage all aspects on system, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues. Provide training to client and operation team. Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models. Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches. Integrating and monitoring Order Management System with Warehouse Management System. Maintaining and resolve hardware issue in Warehouse and Office Reporting technical issues to back-end team related to OMS and WMS system. Finding technological solution for business requirements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experienced in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experienced in e-commerce, warehouse or logistic Willing to work from our warehouse (Kamal and Legok) Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading)
