DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare training needs analysis, training plan, administrating, and maintaining of the Training Management System (TMS).
Ensure the training flow is compliant to ISO standard.
Assist with training related claims.
Preparation of training report
Administration and coordination on dormitory matters.
Assist in administration and renewals of insurance policies – GHS, FWM, GTL, GPA, WIC.
Process insurance enrolment and deletion for new joiners and leavers.
Issuance of uniforms and uploading documents/new staff introduction in intranet.
Ordering of stationeries, pantry supplies and printed materials.
Maintain and upkeep proper record of all office keys
Assist in HR Projects.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business
Candidates with at least 2 years of HR experience will be preferred
Able to work independently, multi-tasker and a team player
Possess a positive attitude and mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and TIMES Software
