DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with the Vice President of Marketing / Project management team to design, implement and manage targeted promotions. Recruit, Train, Mentor and effectively manage marketing and promotional staff, ensuring that the team achieves their individual and team targets, in line with company expectations. Manage all Related Marketing and Promotions activity related to specific marketing projects
REQUIREMENT

Must be creative, have a great imagination and be able to design promotions. Must have experience of both Traditional and Digital Marketing campaigns. Must have a proven experience in a similar field. Target and results orientated Must be able to manage budgets. Able to work under pressure and on target Be able to speak english Self Motivated and Reliable Must be able to manage large teams of staff. Must be able to Micro manage where required. Must be report orientated. Must have strong task management skills. Able to get to work on time Must be able to work the required number of days in the week to achieve success in the role. Can Interview and Start Immediately
