DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create a daily report prospect customer and assist the sales staff in the approach to the consumer in order to achieve the target set by the company.
Establish and maintain executive relationships with line of business executives at assigned client accounts
Represent the Company’s Products (cross business unit) to uncover opportunities regardless of organization boundaries
Achieve / exceed sales targets as assigned
Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement
Deliver sales presentations that drive account development in targeted clients and prospects
Prepare Proposal/Scope of Work (SOW)
Work closely with internal functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, service level agreements and maintenance support.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 35 years old.
Bachelor degree from any field.
Good Looking & mature
Having 5 years of successful experience as Sales in property / real estate / retail marmer industry/ premium interior material building
Have a good data based for building contractor , architect consultant or retail customer
Team management, negotiation, excellent communication, and presentation skill.
Has ability to work with the partners as well handle direct sales
Strong business problem skill which include solving integrated solutions problems
Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi-resource team selling
Ability to apply computer and communication tools effectively to interact with customers, selling teams and other company resources
