DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of promotional events and campaigns. Support marketing strategists’ in organizing various campaign. Monitor competitor movement in your cities (including competitor promo, branding, media placement and offline activities). Collaborate with Internal Stakeholder (Operations, Business Development, etc) and External Stakeholder (Vendor, Partners, & Merchants). Support engagement community campaign. Conduct an in-depth promotional campaign analysis. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather relevant data to evaluate promotional campaign analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 year experience in Brand Campaign / Marketing Promotion Campaign / Digital Marketing Campaign. Good looking, creative & communicative. Independent, good analytical skill, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem solving skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills to deliver against tight deadlines. Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point. (for example; Marketing Executive or Brand Executive). Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities. Placement: Surabaya
