DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Build a good working relationship with the partner/client
Develop and execute sales plan (target achievement & sales strategy)
Achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign result information or account status.
Follow up and maintaining for the potential premium customers or existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, needs, and requirements (including documents and legality aspect)
Produce project documentation and project plans aligned to client standards.
Performing ongoing relationship maintenance for premium customers.
Independently recognize and drive communication across internal and external business stakeholders.
Doing tender administration.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, any field
At least 1-3 years experience in Fintech
Proficient in computer skill (Microsoft Office)
Good communication skill in English both verbal and written
Have ability to multi-tasking Job
Target oriented & has extensive networking
Having excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Good looking and attractive
Familiarity with personal finance topics and strong interest and passion for the “fintech” industry
Energetic, mature, proactive, self-driven, and fast learner.
Working Area will be at Jakarta or Alam Sutera
