DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Handling and monitoring recruitment process - Training and development for employees - Responsible Industrial Relationship (Disnaker, Client, etc) - Performance Assessment (KPI) - Handle Labor Regulation (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 5 years in Human Resource experience - Bachelor's Degree in any field (Psychology Degree or Human Resource Management is an advantage) - Understand KPI Assessment - Knowledgeable in all Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, dll.) - Able to operate Microsoft Office - Understand HR Management and Industrial Relation - Good communication and negotiation skills - Can speak English actively, passive is NOT accepted
