DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints. Identify issues. Give the clients/customers information about the products and services. Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries. Provide excellent service standards.
REQUIREMENT

Have excellent English communication skills. IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc). Ability to learn company-specific software if required. Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines. Proficient typing and transcription Accuracy and attention to detail. Basic Research and Data collection skills. Fast learner Preferable to have a good understanding of English semantics. Dutch/German-speaking skills preferred Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable. Have CS background experience is preferable.
