DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Performance appraisal and people development evaluation. Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees. Develop learning curriculum and manage program delivery logistics (training calendars, facilitators, and invitation) Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives Improving the end-to-end employee journey/ life cycle starts from attraction until off boarding Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree from all departments (preferably from Psychology, Business/Economics, Human Resource Management or Engineering), maximum 35 years old Has a good self & team leadership Have a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs Ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact Have good presentation development and facilitation skills capability Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Having experience with video editing software would be an advantage
