DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with Product Management and Products Engineering teams to design, develop, maintain and enhance web-based and mobile-based healthcare application platform for worldwide customers. Involve in application development activities such as business requirement study, system analysis & design, coding, integration, testing and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting development. Participate and contribute in Product Iteration planning and review activities. Collaborate closely with Team Leader and Scrum Master on entire process and workflow. Accountable for sprint and release commitments are completed on time. Accountable for compliance with quality control processes (Definition of Done, source code control, coding guideline, etc). Participate in process improvements as required. Develop prototype for new applications or features. Perform Production Defect Analysis & Fixes, as and when required Perform Project Implementation task, e.g. data migration, product integration, customization etc, as and when required Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or HOD
REQUIREMENT

Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) Available for remote working Full-time position only In depth knowledge of system design, build, testing, troubleshooting More than 4 years experience working in development and technical support. Experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Experience in product or project development Strong development experience with min of 3 technical areas, such as .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.Net, LINQ, MVVM, MVC, SQL Server, Javascript, Angular, iOS/Android Native, PHP, etc Must be Technophile, fast learner & able to adapt to changes Expose to technology changes & eager to learn & explore with new technology Must have strong analytical & problem-solving skill Strong oral and written communication skills. Team Player, flexible and can work under pressure & tight timelines Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude
