DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Manage cold emailing and calling marketing to acquire new customers as well as the sales pipeline and source leads
Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing
Implement strategy to increase conversion rates on websites, social media and other channels
Manage a budget and execute for social media activities, KOLs & other ads cost
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms, KOLs campaigns, & digital sales through weekly and monthly reporting
Responsible for ad hoc projects with other team members
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising or related majors. 2 years working experiences in B2B Digital Marketing & Sales are preferred Maximum is 28 years old Excellent knowledge and experience in online marketing tools, e-commerce websites builder, social media ads and best practices Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written Critical thinker and problem solver Sense of ownership and pride in your performance Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
