Supplier liaison - Responsible for preparation of Trading Terms contract and liaising with suppliers for contract signing; answering queries from suppliers
Issue SOAC (Special Offer Advertising Contract) for New Vendor account and change of distributorship
Liaise with the Purchasing and Finance department for any changes in distributorship, company name and suppliers contact
Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of required documents for new and due for renewal of concession agreements
Responsible for collecting and sorting our weekly ads photoshoot
Ensure scanning compliance by conducting test scans on promotion packs and items that are tagged with new barcodes
Maintenance of our Grocery storeroom
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
During the festive period, you are expected to:
Match delivery invoices against Branch submission
Liaise with suppliers to collect individual festive list and sort out to the respective Category Managers for approval
Pack and send Festive catalogues to our business associates
Declare any form of gifts for our Category Managers and Group Category Managers
REQUIREMENT
Minimum GCE O Level
Proven experience in related administrative role
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Meticulous and pays attention to details
Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision
