DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To meet client s Operation & Maintenance and Project objective by :
Delivering quality Fire Protection and Gas system O&M services and project works via conformance to ISO 9001:2008.
Having regular and amicable liaison with client s representative.
Ensuring systems are operating within the established performance parameter and Service Level Agreement.
Leading and managing the O&M & project system team.
By planning and organizing the execution of the works for the team integrating O&M and project requirements, personnel competency and expediency.
Monitoring, control, report and enhance performance of team members (annual and performance reports and discipline).
Being responsible for the team with respect to staff development, training, manpower planning and staff welfare.
implementing and monitor plan preventive and schedule maintenance.
Asset Mangement
developing and implementing continuous improvement on project basis and data analysis.
developing and operating equipment support system and IMMS encompassing requirements for spares, tools, materials and related equipment to undertake project or O&M works.
maintaining a regularly updated work schedule through the use of the E@work CMMS.
Budget and Cost Control
To prepare budget for tools, materials and related equipment to undertake project or O&M works.
To control expenses and monitor payment and project claims for all works undertaken encompassing staff overtime, spares, tools, materials and third party contractor.
Other Key Responsibilities.
Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement.
Ensure respond time according to Service Level Agreement.
Implement the documentation of O&M activities.
Ensure the achievement of departmental Measurable Quality Objective (MQO).
Monitor performance and work quality of each supervisor and personnel.
Plan, execute and control spare-parts requirement as per approved budget
Ensure high safety standards and housekeeping are implemented and maintained at workplace.
Plan the work force and all required resources in performing the PPM/CM work schedule.
Report to higher management on any occurrence of incident within unit. target revenue.
REQUIREMENT
Skills:
Knowledgeable in facilities management, operation & maintenance and project implementation.
Knowledgeable in M&E building services.
Knowledgeable in fire protection and gas system.
Ability to meet the company and client s operation & maintenance and project objective.
Ability to plan, organize and implement operation & maintenance and project activities.
Ability to lead and manage operation & maintenance and project team.
Ability to budget and control operation & maintenance and project cost.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Relevant Industries
Education:
Recognised Degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil/ in Engineering
Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
Preferably a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia
