Monitoring and analyze weekly transactions data
Monitoring Vending Machine status (keeping Vending Machine online)
Handling cases for offline vending machine, especially non technical cases and responsible to do vending machine re-online process
Handling complain (i.e : late refill, late payment, late rev share result and special cases)
Prepare and share transaction data to the site owner to give billing for rev share
Coordinate with the related department for rev share payment process
Handling for renewal contract
Negotiate for new commercial term to be changed or reduced (for renewal and underperforming sites)
REQUIREMENT
Minimal Bachleors Degree in Public Relation, Marketing Communication, Business
Minimal 3 years experience
Any relevant experience working within partnership agreement
