DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and execute engineering consultancy project on site and office Building assessment for diagnosis and conservation. Collection of defect data, photo-taking, investigation work, site testing, non-destructive testing. Heritage conservation involving architectural and structural aspects Work with customers, testing laboratories, contractors with minimal supervision Consolidation of results, technical report writing and presentation where necessary Assessment of structural and architectural aspects of buildings. Must be able to work promptly under tight schedule. Keen to learn, conduct research and investigative work Provide recommendations and Project management. Independent, comfortable to communicate with various parties, analytical skill, photography and competent with computer applications
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Facility Management or related fields. Experience in Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle, GIS and 3D modelling will be great bonus. Knowledge of building technology, architectural materials and construction processes are required. Experience in facility management, civil engineering and engineering consultancy would be beneficial. Familiar with building components and materials, building services, civil engineering structures etc. Experience with Non-destructive testing methods (infra red thermography, ultrasonic pulse echo, ground penetrating radar etc) .would be advantageous. Keen intrest in buidling assessment, building diagnosis and heritage conservation
