DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform high quality of accuracy financial reporting To ensure all accounting process and procedures is running properly in accordance with accounting standard To ensure all transaction is comply with tax regulation and tax report (SPT) are reported in accordance with tax regulation To ensure timely financial reporting To ensure that all invoice to customer are sucessfully submitted and maintain for the A/R and collection To maintain cashflow of the company Making and review for all SOP related to accounting, finance and tax activities Perform financial analysis to support business decisions Make financial budgeting and forecast in accounting, finance or tax Liaison with both external and internal parties such as Independent Auditor/Banking/Internal Auditor/Tax Auditor/Vendor/Consultant and etc Multitasking and willing to accept additional responsibilities Other tasks as assigned from management from time to time
REQUIREMENT

Candidat must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.0 Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English Required skill(s) : Business Planning, Business Analysis, PSAK and IFRS Skills, Tax and Financial Reporting Skills, Risk Management, Banking Management. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field Have work experience in coal mining or other coal services company is a priority Proficient Ms.Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook), Internet Proficient in data analytics and forecast skill is a must Meticulous, high level of accuracy and attention to details Open-minded, Self-stater, creative, initiative, proactive, and can work both individual or in team Ability to work under pressure and to work independently and in team Excellent problem solving Good communication, negosiation and interpersonal skills
