DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with HQ Group IT to make IT plan, strategy and budget. Collaborate with Regional IT Head to manage IT team across Indonesia regions. Directly managing a local IT workforce. Proceed multiple projects to implement various IT related policies and systems in Indonesia region. Supervise SAP and application support to provide stable business system for users. Ensure that IT Infrastructure such as computers, servers and network systems is secure and stable in order to minimize interruptions / downtime in operation. Analyze IT environment including infrastructure and application, make proposals and take initiatives proactively to reinforce IT environment. Vendor management for outsourcing, procurement and development. Documentation and proposal of new policies and procedure for IT. Effectively communicate to key stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged. Comply with all KLK group IT policy and procedure.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from recognized university. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Willing to be based in Pekan Baru, Riau / Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Preferably experience in IT leadership quality. Knowledge of ERP, SAP is preferable. Preferably some background knowledge in IT infrastructure implementation such as security measures, Wide area network. Preferably some experiences in application implementation such as SAP and plantations management system. Strong spoken and written English. Good knowledge of Indonesia language and Oil palm plantations would be an added advantage. Expected to travel 3 months a year within Indonesia Region.
