DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for somebody to fill the role as Software Engineering Team Lead and report directly to the Director of Engineering. You will lead and mentor an engineering team in one of our projects, either developing our internal product or working on client’s project. You are expected to be hands-on writing code and solving problems with your team.
REQUIREMENT

1-3+ years at the Sr. engineering level or higher Expert in at least one major compiled programming language e.g. C++, Java, Go, C# etc. Experience turning feature requirements into functioning products Experience working with complex algorithms, and fundamental computer science problems Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience leading, managing and mentoring teams Flexible schedule to accommodate meetings in different time zones (reasonable times) Sense of humor Nice to have Experience building highly scalable microservices in the cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure AAA game experience General game engine architectures, including networking UnrealEngine or Unity development experience Familiarity with multiple languages: C++, Java, Go and C#/.Net Familiarity with databases: DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RedShift, Snowflake
