DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
-Ensuring the right production flow.
-Guarantee that production runs according to production capacity.
-Ensuring effective and efficient production systems and workflows.
-Make a report the production progress.
-Report and be responsible for the results to the Production Manager
-Able to lead a team.
REQUIREMENT
The maximum age of 40 years Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. Experience in the field of production Mattress/Springbed (Furniture) for at least 5 years. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Can speak English is advantage ( minimum passive ). Responsible, straightforward, thorough, dexterous and willing to work with targets. Mastering the Mattress/Springbed production process. Willing placement in BATAM Island ( Province Kepulauan Riau ).
