DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In charge on daily project administrative work and coordination for the assigned project. Perform individual project filling and safekeeping all the projects related documents. Prepare the project schedule, update and keep track progress report and update to the stakeholders Sourcing of materials and services as per project requirement, involve in procurement process. Prepare and attend project meeting internally and externally. Other ad-hoc activities related to project.
REQUIREMENT

Self-initiative, hardworking and have a strong sense of responsibility. Good personal and communication skills Multi-tasker, organize, and detailed person will be advantage. Required language(s): Bahasa and English. Computer literate, especially MS Office (Word & Excel). Must possess at least secondary school certificate. At least 2 years working experience in project administrator or related work experience. Able to start and conform to the established project governance with minimal supervision. Work placement in Medan but requires a report to Malang office regularly.
