Conduct qualitative market research through phone and web-based research including competitor research Accurately and regularly update database of clients and potential clients Process data resulted from the market research to be ready for the database
REQUIREMENT

2-3 years of work experience in a market research role Bachelor' degree with GPA 3 or above in Engineering, Management, communication science, finance or any other relevant discipline Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Knowledge or experience working with CRM system, specifically MS Dynamics CRM Ability to make phone calls with excellent phone etiquette Excellent English communication skills High level attention to detail and well organised
