DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Promptly attend to customers’ enquiries and requests coming through several touch points (live chats, phone calls, emails, social media platforms) and ensure all customers’ expectations are well managed. Liaise with merchants on any untracked, unfulfilled orders and related issues concerning product supply. Investigate root-cause and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer & merchant issues to support business growth. Work closely with 3PLs to monitor shipments and order fulfillments. Participate in replenishment planning and order management to minimize OOS situation. Generate merchant scorecards to evaluate merchant’s service level. Provide regular updates and reports to management on customers' feedback, KPIs performance and areas of improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Supply Chain Management. You have interest in eCommerce business. Preferably with min. 2 years of experience working in customer service, call center environment and logistic support role. You have a bright personality, creative and resourceful in overcoming challenges with a remarkable amount of patience. Conscientious and attentive to details, especially when it comes to documentation and following up on issues. You can multi-task and work under tight deadlines. You are proficient in English and Mandarin language (written and spoken). A self-starter who work independently as well as an amazing team player with a collaborative attitude.
