DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop best-of-breed digital experiences based on CMS, using modern front-end technologies Contribute positively and proactively to the development environment, including source control and continuous integration Contribute to best practices to manage performance and scalability of the solution Ability to understand the role of front-end and how front-end integrates with content management systems Diagnose and solve front-end-related problems, and be able to identify and assist in solving problems that cross-over between front- and back-end technologies Operate in an iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested Mentor junior developers of varying skill levels Contribute to front-end technological evolution and growth within the business Provide accurate estimates for work to be completed Evaluate system specifications against business requirements Implement high quality software solutions in line with business requirements Produce quality code that is readable and maintainable by the team Plan and execute testing across multiple platforms and solutions
REQUIREMENT

3+ years Front End development experience Excellent commercial front-end development experience with key technologies including HTML, CSS (and CSS pre-processors such as LESS or SASS), Javascript, React or Angular and front end tools such as NPM, Grunt, Gulp Excellent understanding of service-oriented architectures, asynchronous code, and the relationship between front- and back-end Strong analytical, problem solving, and diagnostic skills; the ability to think outside the box is essential Excellent understanding of correct use of source control and branching strategies Ability to see the big picture but still pay attention to the smallest detail Familiarity with agile development Good written and verbal communication skills Experience delivering WCAG 2.0 AA compliant sites and the related considerations is highly valued Familiarity with CMS products (as a front-end developer) is preferred, but not essential
