DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To conduct direct supervision to Account officers in a Sales Team in order to achieve sales target of team. To create a regular report to Sales Manager regarding all incoming applications, application under process, approval and bookings. To monitor the collectability of all ongoing contracts in team and to coordinate with Sales Manager, Account Officer, as well as Collection Department to any overdue customers. Take initial necessary action to settle the problem.
REQUIREMENT

Max 35 years old Min S1 with Economic/ Accounting/ Management major is preferable Have experience in lease / bank at least min 5 years and as supervisor min 1 year Speaking and writing in English is a must Have good analytical, communication, strong leadership, and problem solver Willing to work underpressure Placement at Medan, North Sumatera
