DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Mainly handling inbound calls , replying email for well known telco product regading technical issues. Requirement : SPM ( Fresh graduates are welcomed) Able to communicate fluently in both English and Malay. Ability to speak in other languages would be an added advantage. Computer literate with medium typing skills (min. 35 wpm with 90% accuracy) Basic skills in operating programs such as Excel, Windows, etc Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situation Capable of coping with peaks in contact volume Shift Hours- 6.30 am (earliest shift) - 3.30 am (Final Shift Finish) 5 Working days , 2 off days rotational
