DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Be responsible production management and control efficiency, quality, cost of production
Manage daily task and activities of labor ensure to match company delivery schedule
Develop or upgrade standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations
Manage production process quality to ensure the final vehicle quality
Manage the work area well in order to ensure efficiency and quality goods of production as well the safety of work
Manage and establish the production team with good efficiency and excellent implementation and action
Coordinate with other dept. to solve the problem on production process in order to match company delivery requirements
Analyze overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives
REQUIREMENT
Candidat at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, mechanical) or equivalent from reputable university
Having min 5 years proven experience as production manager in manufacture company
Mature, independent, good communications and interpersonal skill, strong leadership and also depth analytical thinking
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed at Salatiga
