DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To define, design and implement a creative merchandising strategy Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market Focus on designing displays, stands and panels for showrooms, exhibitions, conferences and other events. To create an appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire showroom To identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result To get an understanding of what is needed, and coming up with design ideas. To produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays To liaise with suppliers and source elements To research lifestyle, demographics and design trends To change the display; to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes Monitor costs and work within budget
REQUIREMENT

Required language(s): English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Excellent personality and communication skills Proven work experience as a merchandiser Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including signs, interior displays and space utilization Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools Preferably knowledgeable on furniture, wood and ceramic manufacturing industry Ability to work in a multicultural environment Proficient in using MS Office Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Creative and innovative thinker Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
