Secretarial support to Director/General Manager (travel,…)
Systems & Projects:
Establish, maintain and improve HR/Administration SOPs & best practices
Work on specific projects related to HR & Administration for improving efficiency effectiveness and morale (procedures, systems, events, social gatherings…)
Internal cooperation: work with different groups and departments to achieve objectives
Reporting: preparing various weekly and monthly operational reports for staff & management
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or higher level Degree from a reputable University / Sekolah Tinggi
At least 1-2 years of work experience in relevant job and/or in a company
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Very good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proactive attitude, dynamic approach, resourceful
High level of integrity and dedication
Adhere to company policies and ethical code of conduct
