DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Understand about warehouse management, managing goods according to their characteristics and values, store and protect goods in accordance with standards, arrange goods by category, put in right place, doing preventive action of lost/steal product, "FIFO" management.
Prepare for delivery and receiving goods based on picklist, report in time, based on relevant documents record statistics of incoming and outgoing item.
Match actual stock items with data on the computer regularly, analyzing and make monthly reports.
Doing an inventory process, check safety stock limit, provide necessary warning report on time.
Receiving goods as production planning department needs and warehouse data, make delivery receipts of supplier, single submissions for inspection and quarantine and inspection arrangements.
Packaging verification. Random check actual number between of shipments and documents.
Arrange forklift operator or supplier to designated storage area, set the store as storage standard.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Honest, good responsibility, discipline, etc.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Preferably can speak in English and /or Mandarin.
Wiliing to work in Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat
