DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Leading and managing membership sales Generates sales leads through Company–sponsored events Break down target sales per staff Help the sales staff to do the close out or TO ( Take Over) to the potential members Maintain and direct training, coaching & development of the sales staff
REQUIREMENT

Preferably fluent in English, both written and spoken Experienced minimum 3 year in similar position, especially in hospitality, fitness and service industry. Hard worker and ready to work for flexible hours. Self-motivated and have strong sales skills. Able to work as a team and individual. Good leadership qualities including strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills.
