Develop and manage the recruitment and selection process. Hire the right people to build a worldclass manufacturing company. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Develop and nurture a learning culture and a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Develop and maintain pay plan and benefits program. Develop a unique company culture in learning and developing competencies. Assess training needs and implement appropriate training programs and monitor training programs to make improvements. Develop appropriate HR metrics for management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Managing the extension of company licenses, Foreign Workers and other permits. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Reviewing the contract agreement, cooperation, and other legalities. Develop and implement company policies and regulations. Develop, review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks. Planning, project management and coordination to manage multiple projects. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the implementation of Compliance standard, HSE regulations, Buyer Social Compliance Guidelines, requirements, standards, and Sustainability Programs. Planning and performing factory audits for standard or certification including management system. Management of factory audit results to ensure CAP follow-ups and factory performances is documented and shared with the relevant parties. Develop leaders in HR team and train HR team to be professional HR staff
