Responsible for getting the right costing information from costing department. Coordinate with sales coordinator/assist with meeting preparation or meeting agenda preparation, preparing quotations, requesting or pulling samples, measuring items, co-creating presentations. Schedule, manage and coordinate factory visits with customers on behalf of Account Managers Set up and clear meeting rooms for customer meetings and prepare samples and coordinate with Showroom Manager for customer visits. Ensure all the agreements with customers are documented and communicated to all the relevant parties in the factory. Work or coordinate with Product Development and Designers to gather and follow up on samples, images, pricing as needed, final samples with labeling, check/confirm packaging, ensure that Purchasing department understands the requirements fully, check/confirm packaging, photography and/or measure samples. Coordinate “gold sealed sample” or final sample approval from customers with Sales Directors, Account Manager and factory team. Record, track, communicate and/or coordinate outstanding issues from sales meetings in a timely fashion. Collect and report sample, production and on-water information. Review and track existing customer invoices and shipments. Communicate issues with purchase orders to Sales Directors, Account Managers, Factory or Customer. Support preparation for tradeshows. Meet on a regular basis with Sales Directors and Account Managers to prioritize work. Coordinate and supervise sales coordinator team Training and coaching sales coordinator To lead daily meeting to communicate work priority, issues etc. Review and submit monthly report. Conduct yearly performance review of sales coordinator team.
