DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Administrative Operations Manage recurring administrative tasks Maintain operational documentation and records Support reporting activities and workflow management Ensure operational processes are completed accurately and on schedule Data Management Manage structured data collection activities Support data migration between systems Update CRM and operational platforms Maintain data integrity and accuracy across systems Order Processing Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy Validate information before processing Update order status within operational systems Ensure timely and accurate order administration Inbound Customer Support Manage inbound phone communications Respond to customer email inquiries Handle live chat requests professionally and efficiently Provide timely updates and support to customers Outbound Communication (Limited) Conduct customer surveys Coordinate appointment confirmations Provide service updates to customers Support service-related outbound communications Perform non-sales-related customer outreach activities Working Model and Expectations Work remotely while supporting international businesses across multiple markets Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks Communicate proactively regarding work progress and priorities Manage recurring responsibilities independently with minimal supervision Adapt to changing client requirements and operational priorities Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Career Progression Consistent high performance Operational requirements Employee interest and readiness
REQUIREMENT

2 to 3 years of relevant experience managing administrative and operational workflows Experience supporting international markets (ANZ, UK, or US) is an advantage Strong administrative, organizational, and workflow management skills Experience maintaining operational documentation and reports Proficiency in CRM systems and operational platforms Experience managing structured data collection and data migration activities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Professional written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements and client needs
