DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to handle Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), and Termination. Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures. Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management Maintain conducive industrial relations Responsible in services of personnel administration Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee’s performance appraisal Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document, etc)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law Minimum 3 years experience as HRGA Leader in FMCG / Retail Company Good knowledge about HR, especially in HR operational, Industrial Relation and updated labor law Experienced in leading and supervising operations in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Administration, General Affairs, Building Maintenance, and Employee Development) Dynamic, adaptable, and have good negotiation and communication skills Strong leadership, problem solving, creative thinking and can work under pressure Have knowledge of ERP, HR System HRIS and Attendance Software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Well-organized, meet deadline and manage multiple tasks Prioritized for candidates who can join immediately
