DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage incoming calls, greet clients, and assist visitors, maintaining a professional front desk. Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and supply management. Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/ repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors. Support facilities inspections and prepares reports. Process purchase requisitions (from sourcing of supplier, accepting deliveries, and payment process). Organize and maintain business documents, reports, and files for various purposes. Prepare regular administrative reports. Daily administrative work. Performs other related duties as required (e.g. Event setting). Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend, and holiday.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline is preferred. 1-2 years of proven work experience in Facilities Management. Solid knowledge of office procedures. Detailed-minded, and independent with good organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediate availability is preferred.
